If there's one good reason to be part of the LEGO Ambassador Network, this has got to be it. There are some things that we at Brick Hello are jealous of, and this has got to be at the top of our list. Employee Gifts have typically been generic themed stuff but this year they've partnered with Disney and Star Wars is the result. What more, its an X-WING! Consisting of 1038 parts with unique minifigures, it's a must-have for Star Wars collectors. Update: 18 December 2019 - We added photos of the final build with the unboxing!
The only way to get your hands on these is basically in the aftermarket underground trading of eBay or Bricklink at exorbitant prices that will cost you a kidney and perhaps a few fingers to go with it. If anyone could so kindly share the instructions, we'd be in debt to you forever.
The set comes with 3 minifigures, a Yuletide Squadron Pilot, Master Yoda and a generic-looking R2-D2.
The back of the box shows that the X-Wing sits on a base of sorts and it looks like it could actually be a nice display stand that could tilt from left-to-right. The text at the back of the box shows like it has a lot of information, but it's actually a short text repeated in 9 languages. It says "Twenty years ago, in a galaxy not so far away, the LEGO Star Wars story began. We mark this remarkable anniversary with a special festive edition of the iconic X-wing Fighter. Enjoy"
An image of the first X-wing that was released in 1999 is printed in the corner - showcasing the 20th year anniversary. Here's a closer look at the text in 9 languages.

Facebook user Dana Knudson was kind enough to share photos of the box content and X-Wing all built. Enjoy!

The bags, crispy bags with all those bricks that we want so badly inside!
Looks like there are 3 separate build booklets and a Christmas greeting card
Greeting card up close addressed to a Jedi
R2-D2 riding the sleigh
Yoda's Hut? all covered in snow and the base to hold the X-Wing
Pilot ready to deliver presents all over the galaxy
The greeting card opens up to be a poster of sorts
